What Ingredients are in Rooted Treasure’s Organic JBCO?

Only castor beans are in our Organic JBCO. Our Black Castor Oil is 100% pure and not diluted or mixed with any other oil for mass production.

Are Rooted Treasure’s Organic JBCO Sold At Any Other Retailers?

Our Organic JBCO are sold at limited health conscious venues in Queens and Brooklyn, NY that are aligned with our goals. Other than that a majority of our sales are sold exclusively by us online.

What hair types does your Organic JBCO work on?

Our Organic Jamaican Black Castor Oil works well on all hair types. Our customers with various hair types have seen the results they need.

SHIPPING:

Packaging and Shipping:

We package and ship all products within 5-10 business days. Our goal is to get your orders out as quickly as possible. We strive to ship closer to one day. If there is a delay with getting your order out within our listed time frame we will notify you via email.

Do we receive a Shipping Notification?

Yes once products are shipped a notification will be sent to your email right away. You will also be able to track your products.

What Method Is Used For Shipping?

All packages in the United States are shipped via USPS. Packages are shipped internationally via USPS First Class International.

Do you offer bulk orders of your Organic JBCO?

Due to the traditional handcrafted creation process and limited supply of our oil we do not offer bulk orders.

Yes, an order confirmation will be sent to you via email after you complete the checkout process.

I Have Not Received My Order Confirmation, What Should I Do?

How Do I Track My Order?

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include tracking information to track your package.
